We are motivated by technology and solving problems We're called in when existing suppliers run out of ideas. Usually, a frustrated engineer sends us an e-mail listing their problems and we reply if we can do anything for them or not. Then we speak to them or visit to see the application. Once we're satisfied we understand the problem, we work with the client to identify key requirements of the new product, then start formulating. There are no charges for formulation work. After a few samples to prove the ideas, you fix your favourite product and then we take it to production - we can blend in the UK, USA, Continental Europe and China.
